Week 3: Communicate to Collaborate – Conflict Resolution

Covers essential technical skills for installations, troubleshooting, and understanding equipment placement. Placed after tools and equipment to ensure learners are comfortable with basic industry tools first. Efficiency, Organization, and Sustainability

WEEK 11: SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES
Covers eco-friendly pool and spa solutions, energy efficiency, and responsible chemical use. Ensures learners can advise customers on sustainable products and practices. Career Readiness & Final Preparation
